History
20 Llandaff Road originally had all white paint on the outside, and was redone in random spots on the side and back to include blue panelling for whatever reason.

The home is not present on the 1909 map of Haverford Township, but it does appear on the 1913 map, and it was probably built closer to 1909, although it's absent from the 1910 census. Its first owner was Howard Lutz, who lived in Llanerch as early as 1909. In 1915, his mother died and services were listed as for "Llandaff and Bewley Roads", indicating this was where he lived. In 1915, he sold the home to William Harrison.
